ZINITHX provides an online platform for connecting customers with vetted vendors offering a variety of services. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the actual performance of the service by the vendor.

4. Ordering Process

Customers may request quotations and accept proposals submitted by vendors. Once a quote is accepted, a formal service agreement is formed between the customer and the vendor. Payments may be facilitated through our platform.

5. Payment & Fees

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments must be made through the platform unless agreed otherwise. We may charge a service fee which will be disclosed at checkout.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the vendor’s policies. Please review the specific vendor’s terms prior to confirming a service. ZINITHX may assist in resolving disputes but does not guarantee a resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from services provided by vendors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you through our platform in the last 3 months.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, post false information, or abuse the system. Violations may lead to suspension or permanent banning.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
